S.N.A.I.L is a VIRTUAL music workshop on Zoom for everyone aged 15 - 18 and is designed to give you the tools to both improve your mental health and maintain your wellness.
Over 6 weeks we’ll listen to your thoughts, problems, and help you overcome them with the power of writing and music. Our proven method of healing through music will be sure to help you see your problems in a different light.
